4. わさび菜は沸騰した湯で1分半ほど茹でて氷水にとり、ぎゅっと手で絞って細かく切り、塩を少々しておく。


5. 2に4と釜揚げ桜海老、白すりゴマを入れてしゃもじで切るように混ぜる。


6. 5を器に入れ、上に3の薄焼き卵を敷き詰める。

7. 1のマグロは取り出して、端からクルクル巻いて花のように見立てる。それを6の上にバランス良くのせていく。


8. 仕上げにクレソンの葉をところどころにのせ、白すりゴマをふりかけて完成！

カール・ラガーフェルドは ココ・シャネル没 後シャネル・ブランドを支えてきた立役者です。いつも黒く大きなサングラスをかけているのが特徴です。早くからその才能を開花させ、シャネル、クロエ、 フェンディ、カール・ラガーフェルドと４つのブランドのデザイナーを兼務した時期もある程の売れっ子デザイナーです（但し、自身のブランドは2007年に トミー・ヒルフィガーに売却しています）。デザイナーとしての最高の栄誉である「デ・ドール（金の指貫き）賞」を1986年に受賞しています。
　　　　　　　　　
 カー ル・ラガーフェルドは、1938年にドイツのハンブルグに誕生します。デザイン画を描くことが好きだったカール・ラガーフェルドは、両親を説得して14歳 でパリに移住します。1954年、16歳の時に、彼は国際羊毛事務局（現在のザ・ウールマーク・カンパニー）主催のデザインコンクールのコート部門で優勝 し、その才能を認められます。その後、ジャン・パトゥやピエール・バルマンの店で働き、1962年に独立、プレタポルテの世界へ進出します。その翌年の 1963年にはカール・ラガーフェルドはクロエの創業者に見初められ、クロエのヘッド・デザイナーに就任します。さらに1972年にフェンディのデザイ ナーに抜擢され、世界的な毛皮ブランドとしてフェンディの名を有名にしました。
そして1983年にクロエの職を退任するとともにシャネルのデザイナーに就任します。シャネルでは、プレタ・ポルテ、オート・クチュールの両部門を手がけました。
1984年にカール・ラガーフェルド自身のブランド「カール・ラガーフェルド」をスタートさせ、1992年にはクロエのデザイナーにも復帰しました。
このように、カール・ラガーフェルドは自分の持つ力を全てファッションブランドにささげてきた人物です。彼は重ね着の魔術師、トータル・ルックの名手とも呼ばれています。今の華麗なシャネルというブランドも、やはり彼なしでは語れないでしょう。

古書店で“お宝写真集”をゲットしよう！ 大島優子は７万８千円

　ＧＷ中、「何もすることがないなぁ」という方は、古書店めぐりでお宝写真集を発掘してみてはどうだろうか。

　「最近の休日は古書店を回るセミプロの『せどり師』が増えています。バーコードを読み込んで、現在の相場を調べる専用ツールまでありますから」

　と言うのは、アイドルグッズ専門店『荒魂書店』（東京・神田神保町）の鎌田俊一氏だ。

　『せどり』とは、安く仕入れた古書（最近はゲームやＤＶＤ、ＣＤ）を高値で転売すること。アマゾンやヤフオクを利用した副業せどり師が激増中だ。となると、もうお宝写真集市場は開拓され尽くしたのでは？

　「たとえば文芸の古書専門店ではアイドル写真集は価値がない。だからワゴンの中にお宝が埋もれていることもよくあります」（鎌田氏）
　　　　
　お宝写真集のポイントは、（１）状態の良さ（汚れなく帯付。さらに初版本）（２）発行部数の少なさ（絶版本、版元倒産など）があるが、最も重要なのが（３）タレントの人気。３番目の理由でお宝化した写真集も多い。

　その筆頭が、ＡＫＢ４８の大島優子（２４）がジュニアアイドル時代に撮影された『かがやくきもち』（２００３年１１月発売）。同店の店頭価格で現在７万８０００円。美本で、かつサイン入りの超希少本だ。ＡＫＢ関連では初期のムック本なども高額。

　ドラマの主演級女優の新人時代や、急激に売れてきたタレントの写真集も相場は上昇傾向だ。

　『家政婦のミタ』の演技で注目された佐藤仁美（３３）のアイドル時代の『Ｂｌｅｓｓ　Ｙｏｕ…！－』は４８００円。バラエティーで人気のＬｉＬｉＣｏ（４２）は、旧芸名ＬＩＬＩＫＯ時代のヘアヌード『前夜　ＬＩＬＩＫＯ』が７８００円と、ジワジワ上昇している。

　アイドル時代があった女子アナウンサーも安定高値。フジテレビを退社した平井理央（３０）の『好き』は１万２０００円で、ＴＢＳの佐藤渚アナ（２５）の『渚物語』は１万４０００円。発見したら即、手に入れたい。

ジェシカ・アルバ、ゆるパン＆ゆるシャツはライダースJKでシャープに！

元モーニング娘。のタレント、保田圭（３２）がイタリア料理研究家の小崎陽一氏（３５）と今月末に結婚することが２日、分かった。

　所属事務所によると、２人は２年前に共通の知人を通じて知り合い、昨年末に交際に発展。今年３月にプロポーズを受け、４月に結納を済ませた。今月末に婚姻届を提出するという。
　　　　　　　　　　　　
　 小崎氏は、港区内でレストランを２店舗経営する若手イケメン料理研究家で、料理教室にもなっている１店舗は保田の事務所から徒歩１分の位置。「ケメ子」の 愛称で親しまれている保田は“モテないキャラ”として、モー娘。時代の同期で既婚者の矢口真里（３０）らから晩婚を心配されていたが、幸せをつかんだ。

　保田は妊娠しておらず、挙式の時期は未定。交際５カ月の“スピード婚”を決めた保田は事務所を通じ「これからの長い人生、この人なら、きっと大丈夫！　そう思える素敵な方とめぐり逢うことができて、とても幸せです！！」と喜びを爆発させている。
