Don't Leave Your Reebok Exercise Bike In The Garage

As a gym instructor I am asked on a daily basis just how effective is an exercise bike in terms of overall health and fitness. It is a good question as many are bought and then many are either sold quickly or left in a garage to corrode and pass away their existence before they are taken to the disposal yard.
The answer to this is that they are great and I particularly like the Reebok exercise bike as it is simply a good all round bike with many important features. Before I review that though let's examine the general principles of using an exercise bike of any kind.
An exrecise bike is ideal for beginners or for anyone who has difficulty in running perhaps due to a knee or back problem. It is also great fun for all the family and they will all join in. This could have been the result of an injury or some ongoing problem. A good workout on an exercise bike that is done regularly and with commitment will improve your body metabolism, burn off the unwanted fat and contribute greatly to your overall fitness.
Starting out I would recommend a 15 minute ride on a low resistance setting and then increase this each week by 5 minutes until you get up to a 30 minute session. You will be amazed at the results you can get. Once you achieve those then you can step up the resistance and incease the workout strength that way. Another way of doing this is to start with setting your self a distance of 2 km and working this up to 8 km. Use whichever works best for you.
Generally speaking a bike is easy to pedal and less painful and impacting than a treadmill or pounding the roads. It offers a decent cardio workout and uses a lot of the muscles in the body. Clearly it will tone the legs and most important the bottom giving it a great shape.
It is used indoors and therefore no excuses for not getting your exercise done as weather is no longer an issue. You can also fold them up and put them away for easy storage so again very useful and all the family can make use of it.
The Reebok exercise bike is a stylish bike with an adjustable frame. Probably the most important feature on any exercise bike is a comfortable seat. Nothing will put you off a bike quicker than a poor saddle and a sore bottom every night. The Reebok ticks the boxes on this making it a joy to sit on as it has a GelSoft seat.
All Reebok exercise bikes are well researched. Reebok is a respected brand in sporting circles and they have built this brand by using only high quality materials. The new computerised Reebok exercise bike is a leading example of this and I believe great value for money.
Reebok are probably better know for their foot wear and are actually a subsidiary of Adidas. In my local athletics club I would say that Reebok is thee leading brand for running shoes and many people now also use their clothing and gym equipment which does represent quality and value for money.
All reebok answer provide varying levels of magnetic resistance which can be controlled by you at the turn of a dial They have a solid long lasting flywheel and a solid structure to them.
I use one myself at home and have little complaints with it. My only real complaint would be it takes a little too long to put together but then again I should maybe read the instructions first. Exercise bikes work if used sensibly, regularly and as part of an overall fitness program.
