All aboard the love train! Anna Hathaway and Adam Shulman are like giddy teenagers as they kiss and cuddle on the subway

It not often that you see celebrities ride public transport, let alone put on a public display of affection on it.
But Anne Hathaway and her fiance Adam Shulman were like a couple of giddy teenagers when they recently travelled on the subway.
The 29-year-old Catwoman star kissed and cuddled her beau as they took their love underground in New York.

Perhaps Anne thought her new pixie crop would let her go unrecognised on the public transport system.
For the actress could not keep her hands off Shulman, with the couple's arms draped around one another.
For her outing, Anne kept cool from the searing Manhattan heat in a sleeveless navy shirt which  showed off a snippet of her midriff, and a pair of denim Daisy Dukes.

The actress shielded her face with some sunglasses and wore minimal make-up.
Anne is not usually known for her public displays of affection.
But with Shulman it seems a very different story.
Last week she was seen embracing her fiancé after a family dinner in French restaurant Picholine on Manhattan's Upper West Side.
The actress was beaming as she leaned in to kiss her sweetheart on the cheek.

She giggled as she gave him a hug, touching her head against his.
The pair had enjoyed a meal with both their parents and a few close friends - a rare group event.
While there has been no word from the couple or their representation on the subject, it has been suggested that the evening was arranged to announce some special news.

A source told Radar Online: 'Not only did both Anne and Adam have their parents at dinner with them, which is unusual, but the amount of enthusiasm and excitement made it clear that they were celebrating some major news.'
While everyone else sipped on wine at dinner, Anne didn't drink any alcohol, which is an indication that she could be pregnant.'
While a baby on the way would certainly be the perfect way to cap off a stellar year for Anne, clearly nothing is certain unless confirmed by her.

Anne opted for a sultry white dress, which featured both a plunging neckline and a draped back - leading to a stunning overall effect.
She teamed her Grecian-style dress with a pair of silver pointed court shoes, and drew attention to her cute elfin haircut by keeping her jewellery simple with stud earrings.
